On successfully installing LSA, you can re-create the issue to collect the required log files for Windows/Linux.
Perform the following steps:

Stop the
LSAService.

Browse to LSA_HOME/Conf directory and open the LSA.conf file.
Important: In Windows operating systems, the LSA_HOME directory is only accessible by administrators.

In the
LSA.conf file, search for log_level field.

Modify the existing or default value in the log_level field to
32.

In the
LSA.conf file, search for log_cache_mode field.

Modify the existing or default value in thelog_cache_mode field to
0.

Browse to LSA_HOME/logs directory and delete the
logs.txt file.

Restart the
LSAService.

After you see the issue, share the
logs.txt file from the LSA_HOME/logs directory.
